Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the use of accommodations and services provided by M.I Villas. By making a reservation or staying at M.I Villas, guests agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Reservation and Payment:

  1. Reservations can be made online through our website or by contacting our reservations team directly.
  2. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
  • Accepted methods of payment include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. 50% refund of the total amount paid by the cancelation date if they cancel at least four weeks before check-in.
  2. 25% refund of the total amount paid by the cancelation date if they cancel at least two weeks before check-in.

Check-in and Check-out:

  1. Check-in time is from 12:00 noon, and check-out time is by 11:00am
  2. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Occupancy:

The maximum occupancy for each accommodation type is as follows:

  1. Family House: Up to 6 people
  2. Loft House: Up to 2 people
  • Treehouse: Up to 2 people
  1. A shaped house: Up to 2 people
  2. Family Block House: Up to 4 people per block

Additional guests beyond the stated occupancy may not be accommodated without prior approval and may incur additional charges.

 

House Rules:

  1. Guests are expected to respect the property and its surroundings, including noise levels and cleanliness.
  2. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Designated smoking areas may be available outdoors.
  3. Pets are generally not allowed, unless prior arrangements have been made with management.

Liability:

  1. I Villas is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during their stay.
  2. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay, and may be charged for repairs or replacements.

Privacy Policy:

  1. Guest information collected during the reservation process will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
  2. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Amendments:

M.I Villas reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
